FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Welcome to A.Jeschel, where we take pride in providing a luxurious shopping experience for our valued customers. Here is some information on shipping, returns, and authenticity.
 

Shipping and Insurance: All A. Jeschel orders are shipped with insurance via UPS or USPS and require the recipient signature upon delivery to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your precious purchase. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O boxes due to shipper restrictions. However, all orders over $500 are shipped for free within the U.S.
 

Order Status and Tracking: You can easily track the status of your order in the Order History section of your A.Jeschel Dashboard. We also provide an order confirmation email with tracking information upon shipment to keep you updated on your order's progress.
 

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your A.Jeschel One-of-a-Kind purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 2 days of receipt of your order. However, please note that after 7 days of receipt of your order, items will not be accepted for a full refund or credit. Jewelry must be unworn and returned in original condition with original tags still attached. Merchandise that is damaged cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Service team at sales@ajeschel or  to initiate a return.
 

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel an order for up to 24 hours after receiving an order confirmation via email unless the order has already been shipped.
 

Authenticity: We take authenticity very seriously at A.Jeschel. Each A.Jeschel item has a unique serial number and is shipped with a corresponding Certificate of Authenticity Card. This Certificate of Authenticity guarantees you have purchased an original A. Jeschel One-of-a-Kind creation.
